◆ Chemical test

        The chemistry laboratory of our company equips many advanced testing instruments such as advanced carbon-sulfur detector and full automatic chemical element analyzer; the company controls base material quality through starting chemical element analyzing for raw material. The employees in chemical laboratory have got national attestation of chemical testing with powerful technology. 

    ◆ Mechanics performance test

        In order to guarantee veracity and authority of testing, the company equips 60ton universal material testing machine; the company takes mechanics performance test for every batch that includes tensile strength, shock test, bending test and flattening test according to strict standard rule. 

    ◆ Hydraulic pressure test

        In order to guarantee application and quality, the company demands all steel tubes take 100% hydrostatic pressure test, the test pressure should be from 6 to 8Mpa and dwell time should be 5-8seconds that guarantees quality. There are five sets of water press that can test 300 tons every day and can meet production need.   

    ◆ Product Storage

        In order to guarantee immediate and efficient entrucking, delivery and shipment, the company equips about six cranes, one auto crane and one large transport team, which can offer load, unload and transport service in 24 hours; meanwhile, depending on excellent geography and traffic condition of Qingdao region, the company promises: “it will only take one week for train wagon; take ten days for ship and the price of auto transportation is the lowest.”
